We want to run a convention for the community, by the community. It is therefore very much open as to what the program could look like, and we really would welcome the community to get involved in helping to organise!

 

However, we have certain constraints in terms of time and capacity that we want to be completely transparent about. Attendees will be able to arrive and set up camp from the evening of the 3rd of April, with convention activities commencing the morning of the 4th of April, with departures on the morning of the 7th.

This means three full days of convention.

 

The show venue (our big top) has 500 seats, meaning capacity to the shows would be limited, and ticketed.

 

We are working on maintaining a capacity above 500 for the rest of the event but places may be limited on a first come first served basis.

 

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of hate and aggression. All attendees will be required to sign a code of conduct before entering the convention - you can see an example here
